Tim Gurner is the founder of GURNER™. Today, the developer has a project pipeline worth over $3.5billion and 5,500 apartment dwellings under development, while boasting a swathe of current and future projects across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. In 2017 alone the developer will have settled over 1300 apartments and has acquired numerous new sites across the eastern seaboard of Australia adding over 2700 apartments to its pipeline this year. Tim was the top ranked property identity on the Young BRW Rich list of 2017.

Chris Key is Managing Director of Greystar Asia Pacific & Australia. Greystar is a leading, fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment management, development and property management of rental housing properties globally. They manage over 430,000 units in more than 160 markets globally with a combined value of over US$80bn. In their Investment Management business, Greystar have over US$21bn in assets under management and over US$8bn in the development pipeline.

Gabrielle McMillan is the founding CEO of Equiem and has led the business from inception in 2011. Equiem are aiming to disrupt the real estate industry via Proptech, which is the leading customer experience platform for real estate. They provide technology and services that improve how building managers can engage with tenants, supercharge their retailers and manage building facilities. Recognised in Business Insider’s Coolest People in Australian Tech (2016), in a space of 5 years, Gabrielle has built Equiem from a team of two to over 200+ with a client portfolio of 100+ buildings.

Mark Wizel is currently National Director of CBRE Australian Retail Investments & Melbourne City Sales. Since 2007, Mark has created a team of 64, who together are the market leaders in the sale of sub $100m assets within the retail, Melbourne CBD and Victorian development site sectors. Mark has been instrumental in creating a reputable Asian Services division focused on servicing the Asian market, and has established a formidable local and national team transacting with Asian buyers from mainland China, Malaysia and Singapore.
