As Head of Commercial Banking for HSBC in Australia, Noel McNamara is responsible for clients from small to medium enterprises through to the middle market and large Corporates.

Noel also oversees HSBC’s client relationship teams from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, who work closely with sector and product specialists from across transactional banking, trade services and global banking to provide clients with tailored solutions, integrating the full range of HSBC's domestic and international banking services.

Noel McNamara joined HSBC in 1995 and has worked in a range of commercial and corporate banking roles in South Australia as well as New South Wales. Prior to his role as head of commercial banking, he was NSW State Manager for middle market clients.

Before joining HSBC, Noel worked for Standard Chartered Bank in Australia as well as Westpac Banking Corporation.
