Rachel Argaman, Chief Executive Officer, TFE Hotels addressed a private EA & PA Breakfast presentation for 25 Executive Assistants on “The Balancing Act”. This breakfast was proudly sponsored by Toga Group and Supported by Executive PA Magazine.
Rachel spoke on her leadership philosophy and core belief that there is one overarching goal shared by every human being, and that is HAPPINESS. She also talked through life challenges and how to prioritise these, and what she believes it takes to stay as ‘balanced’ as we all can be.

With 20+ years of international experience at executive management level in the hospitality industry, Rachel has a passion for creating results-oriented, responsive and market-driven culture within companies. This is backed by a driving belief that success of businesses depends on the quality of people they employ.
Rachel has a proven track record of increasing sales, global market share and profitability, is goal-oriented, and focused on the accelerated growth of TFE Hotels and their brands: Adina Apartment Hotels, Rendezvous Hotels, Travelodge Hotels, Medina Serviced Apartments, Vibe Hotels, and Hotel Kurrajong. Her experience includes managing company growth, takeover and integration, and establishment of new brands.
Rachel’s success to date has been recognized by various business awards. In 2014 she was the HotelsWorld “First Award” winner. 2012 saw Rachel presented with the prestigious “Fellow of the International Centre of Excellence Award,” in 2010 was named HM Magazine’s Hotelier of the Year, and in 2008 Rachel was the Telstra National Corporate Businesswoman of the Year.
Rachel also has participated in the Australian version of Undercover Boss, allowing her to see her company through a “different lens” as she worked on the front line, a move which facilitated ongoing changes for the way TFE Hotels’ management team supports the business.
