The Global Carbon Challenge Business Lunch, April 1, 2008

Major Business Lunch

Two Global Climate Change Leaders, Rt Hon Simon Upton, Chair, OECD Roundtable on Sustainable Development and             Mr Steve Sargent, Chief Executive Officer, GE Australia & New Zealand, discussed the carbon challenges facing Australian business in front of 250 people at the Hilton Hotel, Sydney.  The discussion was moderated by Michael Molitor, Senior Advisor on Carbon Management, PricewaterhouseCoopers and the lunch was kindly hosted by PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

The Rt Hon Simon Upton is a former New Zealand Environment Minister and chairs the OECD Roundtable on Sustainable Development.  He has a unique command on the international and national processes involved in creating and implementing carbon market developments.
