Vaughan Paul addressed a Boardroom event for 20 senior business executives where he discussed his responsibilities for leading all Optus HR functions and developing and delivering the people strategy for the company. This Hudson HR Leaders Series was proudly sponsored by Hudson.

Vaughan Paul is the Director of Human Resources (HR) for Optus and is responsible for leading all Optus HR functions and developing and delivering the people strategy for the company.

Vaughan joined Optus in November 2005 as General Manager HR for Optus Business where his responsibilities included leading staff delivering to Corporate, Government and Business customers.

In his five years at Optus Vaughan has successfully driven change across a range of HR functions including career development, talent and leadership programs, staff engagement and the implementation of new communication practices across the business including Optus subsidiaries, Uecomm and Alphawest.
