Hon Brad Hazzard MP, Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, 29 February 2012
Hon Brad Hazzard MP addressed a private boardroom event for 20 senior business executives where he discussed “Reforms in Planning & Development”. This CEO Boardroom lunch was proudly sponsored by KPMG and Stockland.
Brad Hazzard was elected to the NSW Parliament in 1991 as the Member for Wakehurst. In the Greiner and Fahey Liberal & National Governments, he served as a Temporary Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and as the Chairman of the high profile road safety committee StaySafe.
During the following 16 years of Opposition he served continuously on the front bench under five Opposition Leaders and in 17 different portfolios.
Following the Liberal & Nationals victory in the March 2011 election, he was appointed Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, Minister Assisting the Premier on Infrastructure NSW and Leader of the House in the O’Farrell Government.
