Small & Medium Businesses face a range of challenges:
• Management not having sufficient time to complete ‘to-do lists’.
• Working ON the business, rather than IN the business.
• Having a depth of skills across many disciplines (strategy, IT, HR, marketing…).
• Marketing your brand and raising your profile.
• Meeting likeminded business owners and managers in a trusted and effective networking environment.
• Hearing and meeting business and political leaders who can add value to your business.
• Engaging in thought leadership discussions which enable you to be innovative and competitive.
Business Club offers membership benefits to ALL of your staff with different event forums tailored to different members of your staff. Similarly, you may invite guests to the Major Business Lunches at member rates.

MENTORING YOUNG EXECUTIVES
It is incumbent on experienced business leaders to share their knowledge with the next generation of business leaders. The AICC, through its unique CENTRE FOR BUSINESS LEADERSHIP, has been running a successful mentoring program for its Business Club members whereby a young professional in the 20-35 year old demographic (mentee) is paired with a more experienced business leader from another organisation (mentor) under the guidance of respected mentor/coach, Dr Ilan Kogus.
The mentor/mentee meet for an hour once a month for six months, and the mentee also participates in workshops with peers. Previous mentors have included Terry Davis (MD, Coca-Cola Amatil); Andrew Reitzer (MD Metcash); Senator Connie Fierravanti-Wells; and many other leading business professionals.
