Lunch with Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu

Premier Ted Baillieu addressed an Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce lunch in Melbourne in front of around 800 guests.  The Premier spoke about leadership, the legacies of  General Sir John Monash and Sir Zelman Cowen as well as talking about the Victorian economy,  financial and economic issues generally as well as COAG.

Ben Cowen, as the preceding speaker, officially launched the Burnet Institute's Sir Zelman Cowen Fellowship Fund.  The Fellowship program will support talented young Australian scientists as they establish their career and research programs in areas of women's and children's health.
