2012 Property Lunch with The Hon Nick Greiner AC, Chairman, Infrastructure NSW & Matthew Quinn, Managing Director, Stockland, 28 November 2012

MAJOR BUSINESS LUNCH

The Hon Nick Greiner AC and Matthew Quinn addressed a major business lunch for 500 business executives where they were engaged in conversation by Ross Greenwood, Business & Finance Editor, Nine Network on “Infrastructure: key to a more productive NSW”. This Lunch was proudly sponsored by Macquarie Capital & Quintessential Equity.

In the early months of the O’Farrell Government, Infrastructure NSW set out to create a 20 year vision for the state’s infrastructure; what we need, where our priorities should lie and why good government should invest and build for tomorrow.

Infrastructure NSW Chairman Nick Greiner released the State Infrastructure Strategy in October this year, with recommendations on how future infrastructure projects can serve communities and the state’s range of industry sectors. For property developers such as Stockland, sound infrastructure is critical to creating productive and thriving communities.

THE HON NICK GREINER AC: as a former NSW Premier and an experienced company director, Nick is responsible for identifying and prioritising the infrastructure projects that will help grow the NSW economy and improve the lives of people living in this state.
MATTHEW QUINN: after 12 years as Stockland’s Managing Director, Matthew is set to retire in January 2013. Matthew has an extensive background in commercial, retail, industrial and residential property investment and development. Stockland is a top 50 ASX company and Australia’s largest residential developer.
