SME EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM

Mark Rantall, Chief Executive Officer, Financial Planning Association addressed a private boardroom event for 20 business executives where guests engaged in a discussion about “A Matter of National Importance: Advice, Super and Savings”. This SME Executive Boardroom lunch was proudly hosted and sponsored by Stonehouse Wealth Management.

The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is Australia’s leading professional community of financial planners. Superannuation is a matter of growing importance to Australian’s. Mark Rantall’s uniquely placed to discuss with our Business Club members a range of critical issues –

  • The financial challenges of Australia's aging population;
  • Our superannuation and savings system, and
  • The importance of Advice that is in the client’s best interest and what we will need to sustain us into the future.

The FPA has 10,500 members and they advise 5,000,000 clients nationally. The FPA has five key roles: to represent the interests of the public; to represent the interests of members; to foster high, professional standards; to facilitate world class education; and to provide professional development.

Following a 25-year financial services career, Mark was appointed CEO in 2010. He has since spearheaded the campaign to raise the standing of Australia’s professional financial planners and build consumer trust in the profession. His drive and determination has seen the FPA achieve many milestones which will feature in his discussion.
