Dr. Terry Cutler is an industry consultant and strategy advisor with a background in the information and communications technology sector. Terry Cutler has authored numerous influential reports and papers on the Digital Economy and innovation.

He currently holds various appointments in different organizations including Deputy Chairman Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO and etc. He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, the Australian Academy of the Humanities, and the Australian Institute of Public Administration.

Peter Fraser is a communications and digital veteran bringing with him over 20 years in government, media and corporate advisory experience.

Peter co-founded one of Australia’s leading providers of social media intelligence, advice and engagement services. Today he works with a select group of corporate clients in providing strategic advice in the dynamic social media space and creates bespoke Social Media Command Centre solutions that deliver measurable returns including building and enhancing in-house capabilities.


Jonathan Barouch is an established entrepreneur, founding one of Australia's first online businesses, Fast Flowers in 1999. In 2010, Jonathan successfully exited Fast Flowers when it was acquired by Jack Singleton's 1300 Flowers.

Jonathan founded Roamz in January 2011 and raised funding for the venture shortly thereafter from ASX listed media company Salmat. Jonathan was a finalist for BRW Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012.
